Dmitriy Shleymovich

Mr. Shleymovich is the managing partner of the Corporate and Real Estate practices. He has over a decade of experience in real estate, corporate and commercial matters. He enjoys a diverse commercial practice, focusing on complex real estate transactions, as well as corporate and finance matters. Mr. Shleymovich also regularly renders legal opinions in connection with a wide range of transactions involving of New York law as well as opinions on substantive consolidation matters.

For many years Mr. Shleymovich practiced law with major international law firms such as Brown Raysman Millsten Felder & Steiner LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

In the course of his career Mr. Shleymovich has advised and represented major financial institutions, medium-sized and small businesses, lenders, developers, commercial landlords and tenants, medical and dental practices, and individuals in connection with a broad array of matters, which include the following:
